About Us

Advanced Dietitian is a continuing education provider for RDNs, NDTRs, and CDMs and CFPPs. CEUs are brand new, affordable, and online. The CEU courses offered include self-study book courses and pre-recorded Certificate of Training programs.

Book courses cover relevant topics in nutrition. The Certificate of Training Program in Functional Integrative Nutrition is approved by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. The Certificate of Training program in Food Service Management Mini MBA is approved by the CBDM and the CDR.

Our Story

 
Hi! My name is Emilia Janeke MBA, MS, RD, CSSBB and I am the creator of Advanced Dietitian. As a Registered Dietitian in California, I have over a decade experience in acute care hospitals working in clinical nutrition,  food service management and coordination of surgery programs. I completed my bachelors at San Francisco State University and MS in Nutrition Science from California State University Los Angeles. My thesis was completed on how cyclic AMP dependent kinase is activated using functional and integrative nutrition. I completed my business operations and process improvement certification from Purdue University and I am certified in six sigma black belt (CSSBB) to use statistics to solve operational problems. I completed my MBA from Southern New Hampshire University in order to learn more business skills. I created the Certificate of Training program in Functional Integrative Nutrition in order to connect the current practice with innovative nutrition science. The Certificate of Training program Food Service Management Mini-MBA is created to support food service managers in healthcare operations by teaching a business model using strategic problem-solving skills in food services. The goal of Advanced Dietitian is to elevate the knowledge and skills of professionals in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
